An inspiring and heartfelt film about dreams, failure and love that can never die.

Director:

Giovanni Bucchieri

Director’s note: As a teenager I was sure I was going to die young. I was obsessed with death so I filmed tirelessly as an attempt to reach immortality. When I met Louise in the 90’s, my life changed. We fell in love. I continued to film, capturing our five year long relationship from beginning to end. Me and Louise grew up, stayed friends, and both of us became actors.

100 Seasons tells a love story using the old footage, pairing it with new fictional material where we are playing alternative versions of ourselves. We are going from living in reality to creating reality.
